We aim to get your FTSLX gear to you as fast as possible. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and shipped via trusted couriers. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of every FTSLX product. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Note: Sale items and limited-edition drops are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
